August Long Weekend

I love long weekends!  The weather is amazing, perfect!  Yesterday Jen, Mike and I went to Capital Ex.  I had a beef on a bun, shaved taters, and WAY too many mini donuts and Cotton Candy.  Diet wasn't even on my mind.........I figured going to the Ex every few yrs and eating this food won't hurt.  Well, it will hurt the scale and the waist line, but it just means I will have to work out extra to get it out and drink tons of water.  On the main stage Social Code and Hedley were playing.  They sounded great!  My feet killed me by the end of the night, but it was all worth it.  Fun times with wonderful friends.

I am experiencing crazy tooth pain, and am not functioning very well from it.  I hate teeth, I hate everything about them, especially when there is pain. Today, I am just taking it easy, might take a trip to Walmart at some point, other then that just chill with the hound and go for a walk this evening.

As far as the weight loss goes, been not doing too well.  Eating has been alright, but just not going anywhere with the scale, the frustration continues as usual.  Hopefully something will go right for me soon, because I am not sure what to do.
