I have been MIA for a while, mostly becuase I haven't had anything really to blog about, writers blog so to speak!?
Back update......it's a lot better, I get sciatic twitches once in a while still, slowly starting to sleep on my right side which is awesome and it gives my left side a break. I am walking very well, but my leg is still weak and still get tired from walking a lot, but I will slowly start to exercise and get my strength back.
Work update....new job is good, still learning and getting used to being somewhere else. I find my days boring though, very slow and draggy which I am not used too at all. Good side, I am done work by 4 everyday, which is super nice. I hate driving on the hwy, with the weather being the way it is makes it super stressful on me, but I take it slow and just happy when I get where I need to be.
I miss my old work place a lot, mostly the people not the company. I still keep in touch with a few driver and one special guy dear to my heart.
Weightloss........I've been trying to eat properly, that's the least I can do. I am with WW, but honestly haven't been tracking. I try to eat a balanced day. I find when I am following a program I crave what I shouldn't have a lot of like sweets (always my downfall), and chips snacky things like that. When I am not following program I don't crave that stuff much. My mind is weird.
This morning I did a big grocery trip, haven't done a good one like this in a couple weeks. I got a bunch of fresh fruit (pineapple, bananas, strawberries, oranges, apples, raspberries), veggies as well to have for a snack on the side during the day.
This week I am really going to try give it my all, more then I was before. My jeans aren't getting loser, and I can tell in my face I have put some weight back on and I don't like what I see. I can't wait till I can exercise like I was before, until then it will be just little walks around the block.....try to do that anyway, since the weather is going to be warming up.
