Down 1.4 Lbs
Well, today was week 1 weigh in and I am down 1.4!
I was honestly hoping for a bigger lose, but I will take it!
This week I am going to get more exercise in and stay on track again! I really really want a good weigh in next week!

Congratulations on your loss this week. Going to meetings has made all the difference to me.. the accountability of having someone write down what I weigh goes a long way to keeping me on track!
