Back at it............

Today I worked out for the first time in 3 months.  I did 2 miles of the 4 of Walking Away The Pounds.  I was worried cause what if I pulled my disc again, or what if I couldn't do it.  But, I did it.  The only move I couldn't do was the kick outs, it pulled my leg/nerve too much, so I just didn't do that move.  I missed sweating, working up a heart beat and getting hot.  I would love to do every day, but honestly I will aim for every second day.

Wooooot!  So happy to be back into it.  I gotta get my weight back down, and back to where I was a few months ago. 

Travel update.......Jen F and I are going to Vancouver.  Sweeeeet!  So can not wait!  Jen has never been there before, so it will be nice to go see the touristy things again, and also see all my fab BC girls.  Honestly, truly the girls and just being there is my therapy.  I never want to leave when i go there, part of me belongs there I feel.  sigh, if only I could move there.
