So I have not been on plan for about a week. TOM, not eating right, the heat doesn't help, been drinking my water but just not eating good things.
Tomorrow is my weigh in, I am expecting a big gain. TOM is just finishing, longer then usual, so BLAH!!! haha
I need to get back on track, need to start eating better meals, and taking good lunches to work.
Sigh..........
Will see what happens on the scale tomorrow..........not excited for it!
